Established in Brussels in 2008 by local Belgian associations, this initiative focuses on creating and managing affordable and accessible workspaces for NGOs and social economy companies. It also engages in developing sustainable real estate projects, utilizing reused materials and energy-efficient technologies, enhancing biodiversity, and reducing resource consumption. Currently, six centers are operational*, encompassing 20,000 square meters* and housing 240 tenant organizations*, thereby facilitating the development of agents for societal change.
