Established in Sarajevo in 2002, this initiative is dedicated to ensuring long-term access to microfinance services for vulnerable customers in rural areas of Bosnia-Herzegovina. It currently manages 7,800 active loans* with an average amount of EUR 1,800, targeting the "Bottom of the Pyramid" demographic. Additionally, it supports its customers with non-financial services such as consulting, networking, and business development. The organization is also a member of the European Microfinance Network (EMN) and the Microfinance Center (MFC), enhancing its credibility and reach.
