Founded in 2004 in Catalonia, this cooperative is dedicated to addressing the housing affordability crisis and the shortage of social housing in the region. It employs an innovative model based on the "right to use" housing concept, as opposed to the traditional owner-tenant model. The cooperative aims to promote an alternative, fairer, and more accessible non-profit, non-speculative housing model. Currently, it operates 13 buildings* with 163 housing units* and has 1,365 cooperators*, with an additional 12 buildings* under development.
