Launched in 2017, Wooncoop aims to tackle the challenges of affordable and sustainable housing in Flanders through a cooperative model. With its 2 000 members (citizens, individual and institutional investors), the cooperative develops and manages affordable, sustainable and cooperative housing in Belgium. By 2025, Wooncoop has 28 housing projects (developed or in progress), representing 83 homes for 198 residents. *at the date of the investment
